What is the Brand Referral Program?
Creators at the Icon tier are eligible to refer brands to ShopMy through our Brand Referral Program.
If you have a relationship with a key decision-maker at a brand, specifically someone with the authority and budget to bring their brand onto ShopMy, you may be eligible to earn a $1,000 referral bonus for making an introduction.
How do I refer a brand?
To submit a referral, introduce Caroline from the ShopMy team at caroline@shopmy.us to your main point of contact at the brand via email.
We recommend using the subject line:
Intro - [Brand Name] x ShopMy
Once you make the introduction:
- Our team will determine whether the brand is a good fit for ShopMy and, if so, reach out to schedule a demo.
- If your direct introduction leads to the brand signing an IO and attending their first kickoff call, you’ll receive a $1,000 referral bonus.
Before making an introduction
There are a few things to keep in mind before referring a brand:
- The Brand Referral Program is only available to creators at the Icon tier.
- Before submitting a referral, check your Performance by Website tab under Links. Any brand with a green check is already a ShopMy partner and does not need to be referred.
- You are not eligible to receive a referral bonus for a brand that you own or work for.
- Your direct introduction must lead to the brand joining ShopMy in order to qualify for the bonus.
- Referral bonuses are only available when the brand joins ShopMy's Core Package or above. Brands that join through the Affiliate Only Package, which only offers commission-based earnings, are not eligible for a referral bonus.
