Our creator tiering system rewards your performance on the platform by unlocking new features, facilitating brand partnerships, and offering more opportunities as you progress. Below, you’ll find an overview of how the tier system works, how you can advance through the tiers, and what factors are taken into account. There are 4 different tiers: Enthusiast, Ambassador, Trendsetter, and Icon.
How Tiers Are Calculated
Your shop is ranked on a 100-point scale based on four main factors: Profile Completion, Recent Activity, Monthly Traffic, and Monthly Order Volume.
1. Profile Completion – 10 Points
To get started, you’ll earn 10 points for completing your profile. A complete profile helps brands better understand you and your style, which is key for successful partnerships.
- Profile Photo (2 points): Add a profile photo in the “My Shop” section.
- Personal Bio (2 points): Share a brief bio about yourself in the “My Shop” section.
- Quick Link (2 points): Create a standalone link that’s not part of a collection.
- Connect Socials (2 points): Add links to your social media profiles or directly connect them through the “My Shop” section.
- Recent Shelves (2 points): Add a new section or post to your shop. Only sections added in the past 3 months count.
2. Recent Activity – 15 Points
Consistent content creation is key to advancing in tiers. This ranking is based on your recent product-focused activity, including:
- Weeks Active: Max score for creating product links in 7 of the last 13 weeks.
- Pins Added Per Week: Average number of product links you generate during active weeks.
- Gifting Response Rate: If you’ve been sent gifting requests, make sure to respond (either accepting or declining) within 7 days. If you haven’t received gifting requests, this doesn’t impact your score.
3. Monthly Traffic – 25 Points
Brands want to see that you can consistently drive traffic to your links. This metric is based on the last 3 months of data, considering links shared in collections, posts, or standalone links.
4. Monthly Order Volume – 50 Points
The most important factor in tier progression is your ability to generate sales. This shows brands that your audience is not only engaged but actively purchasing based on your recommendations.
Other Notes
- Tier Stability: Once you reach a new tier, you’ll stay in that tier for at least 14 days, even if you take a short break from creating content. This prevents constant fluctuation between tiers and allows you some flexibility in your activity.
- Referral Bonus Points: You can earn up to 20 bonus points by participating in our referral program. These points can help you level up faster and reach higher tiers.
By focusing on these key areas, you’ll be well on your way to moving up the tiers and unlocking exciting new opportunities!
