Commission rates are set by the brand or retailer, not ShopMy. They can change at any time based on the brand’s budget, promotions, or affiliate strategy.
Some brands also pay different rates for sale items, clearance products, or specific categories. If a purchase earned less than you expected, it doesn’t necessarily mean the overall rate changed. That order may have qualified for a different commission tier.
